IBA‑Public School Sukkur invites sealed bids for rent of a building and a shop located at a prime location on Military Road, next to KFC, Sukkur. Bids are to be submitted to the Admin Office, IBA‑Public School, Military Road, Sukkur.

Last date for submission of sealed bids: 2026-10-20 up to 3:00 p.m. at the Admin Office, IBA‑Public School Sukkur. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid security (refundable) must be submitted as a bank demand draft/pay order in favor of "IBA‑Public School Sukkur" and attached with the bid document. Any bid without the required bid security will be treated as invalid and disqualified. Bid validity period: 90 days.
The building and shop can be inspected on any working day during 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-20. Applicable taxes, duties and fees (where applicable) will be charged as per rules. The eligible highest quoted bidder will be declared the successful bidder. IBA‑Public School Sukkur reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
