Orient Petroleum Inc., on behalf of the President of Pakistan, invites bids for a three-year contract to transport crude oil from Dhumal Oilfield (Tehsil Fateh Jang, District Attock) to Attock Refinery Limited, Morgah, Rawalpindi. Transporters must have adequate tanker ownership to handle ~50–400 barrels/day, comply with HSE guidelines, have at least five years' relevant experience, hold a National Tax Number, be financially sound and not blacklisted.
Bid documents are available from the company office (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00) via an authorized representative upon written request or by emailing [email protected]. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 on 2020-07-20, will be valid for 90 days, and will be opened publicly at 11:30 the same day.
