Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE), Sector F/3 Mirpur invites sealed bids (single-stage, single-envelope) from registered firms/dealers/resellers/authorized partners/IT firms under Public Procurement Rules, 2017 for supply of printers and related consumables.

How to obtain tender documents: Submit a written application in the name of the Secretary, AJK BISE along with payment proof of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) for each set. Acceptable payment channels include AJK BISE online challan, specified invoice/payment apps (e.g. mobile banking, JazzCash, EasyPaisa), HBL Mobile App / HBL Konnect in favor of Secretary, AJK BISE.
Bid security: Bidders must submit a CDR of PKR 1,000,000 (One Million) in favour of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur issued by a scheduled bank. CDR must be valid for 120 days from the date of opening of the tender.
Submission & opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to the undersigned before 11:00 AM on 2026-09-03. Bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Key terms and conditions: No tender documents will be issued on the date of opening; blacklisted firms are not eligible; quoted prices must include all taxes; bid securities other than CDR will be rejected; participating firms/printers must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR; bids not complying with PPRA rules will be rejected.
