The Family Court, Dera Ghazi Khan (Civil Judge Muhammad Naeem Lyas) has issued a summons in a suit for dissolution of marriage filed by Muhammad Ramzan against Ghulam Shaber, who is reported to be resident in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Service on the defendant will be effected by ordinary means and by publication in the newspaper.
The defendant is directed to appear in court in person or through counsel on 10 July 2026 at 8:00 AM before the Civil Judge, Dera Ghazi Khan; failing which ex-parte proceedings shall be initiated.
