The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt, announces that property bearing No. 33-F, Survey No. 4-18, Schedule IX-A located in Officers' Colony, Wah Cantt, which is recorded in the names of the listed owners, is subject to an application for transfer of title. Ms. Asma Hasan (wife of Hasan Ilyas) was appointed general attorney by Document No. 124 dated 2024-08-03 and has applied to transfer the said property rights under Islamic succession to Mr. Hasan Ilyas (son of Muhammad Ilyas).
Any person or institution having an objection must submit their objection with supporting evidence to the office of the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt within 15 days of this notice's publication; otherwise proceedings will be taken in accordance with the rules and no excuse will be accepted.
