Tender: Reconstruction of Damaged Water Channel, Murtazaabad (Hunza) — Closing 2026-10-16

The Deputy Director, Water Management & Irrigation Department, District Hunza (Government of Gilgit-Baltistan) invites sealed tenders from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licensed firms/contractors for the reconstruction of a damaged water channel at Murtazaabad, Hunza. Single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Tender No. DoWM&I-Dev-ADP-/2024-25.

Submission / Eligibility Requirements

• Bidders may obtain bidding documents from the office of the Deputy Director, Water Management & Irrigation Department, District Hunza upon submission of a written application and production of the required original documents.
• Required documents to be submitted with the bid (as listed):
  • PEC valid registration 2027 in relevant code.
  • Renewed FBR copy 2026-27.
  • CNIC of the prospective bidder.
  • Bid security in the shape of CDR from any scheduled bank of Pakistan (as indicated above — 3%).
• All bids must be accompanied by the bid security amount and are to remain valid as per the tender documents. In case of award, the successful bidder shall provide an additional performance guarantee of 50% of the differential amount (between estimated cost & bid cost) in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee.
• Bids received after the scheduled time will not be accepted. Bidding documents fees must be deposited into the Government Treasury via a Treasury Challan under the prescribed non-tax revenue heads.
• Bid documents must be delivered to the office of the Deputy Director, Water Management & Irrigation Department, District Hunza, and will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
• The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with applicable rules.
