Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), Head Office, Plot No.13, Sector H-9, Islamabad. PMDC invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme (contractual) to build capacity of young professionals for its Petroleum Division (Mineral/Petroleum marketing).
Programme overview and key facts:
- Duration: One-year training contract (no obligation for regular employment on completion).
- Stipend: Selected candidates will be paid a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000.
- Selection criteria: Merit-based with 30% weightage to academic marks, 40% to a written test, and 30% to interview/selection board.
- Age & academic requirements: Maximum age 28 years as of advertisement date. Minimum 3.0 CGPA. Local or foreign-qualified Pakistani nationals with a minimum of 16 years of education from HEC-recognized institutions. Candidates graduating in 2025–26 with or without post-qualification experience may apply.
