Eligibility: Contractors/firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in category C-4 or above with relevant specialization codes (CE09, CE10). Contractors must produce original PEC license showing required specialization codes; firms without the relevant specialization code will not be entertained.
Bid Security: 5% of estimated cost must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (no physical instruments will be accepted). Conditional tenders or tenders without the required earnest money will be rejected.
How to apply: Register and submit bids online at the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Relevant procurement documents and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules apply. The procuring agency may reject any or all proposals under PPRA rules and is not required to justify rejection.
