Issuer: Institute of Space Technology (IST), Deputy Director (Procurement). Submission & Eligibility: Bidders must be registered on EPADS Version 2.0, registered with FBR for applicable taxes, on the ATL where applicable, and comply with eligibility, qualification and authorization requirements in the respective e-bidding documents. E-bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS Version 2.0 by 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM. Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened electronically at 12:30 PM on the same day.
Other: IST reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable Public Procurement Rules. Any corrigendum, amendment or clarification will be communicated through EPADS/PPRA and IST’s official website.
