National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites eligible firms to submit proposals to serve as the Independent Validation Agent (IVA) / firm for the Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB). The IVA will provide non‑consultancy verification services to validate reported results, produce verification reports that trigger outcome payments, and assess program performance using objective evidence (e.g., verified training completion/certification, authentic job placements, and confirmed retention).
