Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme offering job-training opportunities on a contractual basis at its Head Office in Islamabad. The programme is designed to develop young professionals; it does not establish an employer-employee relationship nor guarantee regular employment after completion.

Eligibility & Requirements: Pakistani nationals (local or foreign-qualified) with at least 16 years of education. Maximum age 28 years as on the date of advertisement. Minimum CGPA 3.0. Candidates who graduated in the academic year 2025-26 are eligible with or without post-qualification experience.
Selection & Remuneration: Selection on merit with weightage: 30% academic marks, 40% written test, 30% interview. Applicants meeting eligibility will be required to appear for a written test and interview. Selected trainees will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
