Tender: Construction of Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) – Local Government & Rural Development Dept, South Waziristan Upper (Closing 2026-10-15)

Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, South Waziristan Upper District invites sealed e-tenders (EPADS) from government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for FY 2026-27. Works are for construction of Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) in various villages. Bids must be submitted via the EPADS portal and KPPRA website as per instructions below.

Key submission & eligibility information

- Last date for submission of electronic tenders: 2026-10-15 (see table for times). Bids will be opened on 2026-10-15.

- Bidding documents must be uploaded on the EPADS portal (www.epcprocure.gov.pk) and KPPRA website. Hard copy original Bid Security (CDR) must be delivered to the Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development, South Waziristan Upper District before the closing time.

- Bid security must be in the form of CDR as specified for each package. Failure to submit required bid security will result in rejection.

- Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year 2026-27.

- Bids validity: 180 days from closing. The procuring agency may accept or reject bids / apply rules under KP-PPRA and PPRA Act. Contractors must hold valid KP PRA registration, Active Taxpayer status and comply with any other conditions stated in the bidding documents.
