Tender: Supply of Energy Saving Stoves and Solar Cookers — National Parks Peshawar

Office of the Project Director / Conservator Wildlife, National Parks Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites bids for the provision of energy saving tools under Competitive Bidding (Single Stage One Envelope) in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2016.

Key instructions:

- Procurement method: Single Stage One Envelope. Bids to be submitted online through EPADS (e-procurement portal).

- Bid documents, scope, technical specifications, evaluation criteria, terms and prescribed forms are available on EPADS from publication until the submission deadline.

- Bids must be uploaded on EPADS. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted.

- Each bid must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security (Rs. 1,000,000) in the form of Bank Draft / Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Project Director/Conservator Wildlife National Parks Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. The original bid security and any required original documents must reach the office by 2026-10-14 at 11:30 AM.

- Mandatory documents (as specified in the Tender Documents) include registration documents, valid tax registration (NTN/GST), tax returns for recent years, audited financial statements and other supporting documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and upload required documents per the Bid Solicitation Documents.
