Office of the District Council Bahawalnagar (through District Joint Authority) invites e-tenders under PPRA Rules 38(1) Single Stage Single Envelope for the works listed below. Procurement will be carried out through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Contractors/firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for the Financial Year 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate.
