The General Engineer (Army) Quetta‑II, Military Engineering Services (MES) invites sealed tenders for multiple maintenance, repair and allied works at Quetta, Zhob, Loralai and Chaman under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004.

Eligibility: Contractors enlisted with MES in Category E (R/S Rs.150,000/-) and above are eligible to apply. Contractors enlisted with other departments (central/provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, WAPDA etc.) may also tender subject to provision of attested enlistment documents and other requirements as specified by MES.
Conditions: Tender documents and bid submission must comply with MES requirements. Bids must include the required earnest money in favour of GE (Army) Quetta Cantt in the prescribed form. Tenders must be quoted on the MES Schedule of Rates 2021. Tender submission deadlines and opening times are stated in the tender documents; the accepting authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with applicable rules (including Rule 33(1)).
