District Council, Muzaffargarh invites e-tenders for a Framework Contract for FY 2026-27 for installation works. Registered contractors/firms holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence for 2026-27 are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://epp.punjab.gov.pk) in a single-stage, single-envelope procedure as per PPRA/Punjab Procurement Rules.
