SEPCO Invitation to e‑Bids for Distribution Transformers, HT/LT Materials and Accessories (Sukkur)

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites electronic bids (e‑Bids) from registered/manufacturers and general order suppliers for supply of distribution transformers, HT steel structures, conductors, meters, LT bushings and related electrical materials for delivery on FCS basis to SEPCO Regional Stores, Sukkur & Larkana.

Procurement will follow PPRA Rule 36(a) (Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure). Eligible bidders must be registered / pre‑qualified with relevant authorities (NTDC/WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCO as applicable) and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bidders must submit bids through the EPADS e‑tendering system (EPADS Version 2.0). Electronic bid submission, bid security rules, validity periods and other bidding conditions are provided in the bidding documents on EPADS.

Key item types listed include: distribution transformers (50 kVA, 100 kVA, 200 kVA, etc.), HT steel structures and cross arms, LV/MM panels, meter security boxes, earthing units, transformer accessories, various conductors and cables, LT bushings and porcelain bushings for transformers, and other related materials.

Bids for multiple lots close on 2026-10-14 and 2026-10-15 (each lot has its specified submission and opening time on EPADS). Bid validity and bank guarantee requirements are specified in the tender documents; for listed tenders a 100‑day validity is noted for some packages and 75 days for others, with bank instruments to remain valid 28 days beyond the bid validity.

Submission method: Online via EPADS only. Original bid security (bank guarantee/CDR) must be submitted to the Procuring Agency before bid opening as specified in the bidding documents.
