Hospital Director, Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) Nowshera (QHAMC) invites sealed bids under KP-PPRA Rules 2014 for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables for hospital patients, Zakat & Bait-ul-Mal patients, and for the Sehat Sahulat Program at QHAMC, Nowshera. Bidding is for an initial period of one year under a Framework Contract (rule 31-A of KP-PPRA Rules 2014).

Eligibility: Manufacturer, Authorized Dealer, Importer, or Chemist/Druggist holding a valid drug license and registered for Income/Sales Tax, reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR.

Submission instructions: Original CDR/Bid Security must be submitted to the Office of the Hospital Director, QHAMC MTI Nowshera on or before 2026-10-15 by 11:00 AM (PST). Online bid submission on EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) must be completed by 11:00 AM on 2026-10-15; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders must upload all mandatory and relevant documents along with the bid security on EPADS. Bids received by hand, post/courier, e-mail, or fax will not be accepted.
