Office of the District Health Officer, Nowshera invites sealed/online bids from eligible firms/suppliers/manufacturers registered with the Income Tax Department (NTN), Sales Tax (GST) and other applicable authorities for supply of medical and hospital items under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules.

Bidding documents and detailed item specifications can be obtained from the Office of the District Health Officer, Nowshera during office hours. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, Income Tax etc.) and delivery charges to consignee stores, and shall remain valid for the period required by the procurement rules.
Submission method: Bids are to be submitted online through the E-PAD portal as per procedure stated in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the specified opening time on the opening date.
Procurement will follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014 (Amended).
