Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the specified category and hold valid income tax / professional tax registration and other statutory documents as required.
All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System; manual bids are not acceptable. Bid security/earnest money as indicated for each package must be provided. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance guarantee (5% of the contract amount) and to execute the standard contract agreement. Other procurement conditions and instructions issued by the Finance Department and the Irrigation Department shall apply.
