Tender Notice — Construction & Rehabilitation Works (Local Government & Rural Development Dept., Babuzai Swat)

Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development Department, HQ Babuzai Swat invites sealed tenders through EPADS for multiple construction and rehabilitation works under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI), ADP No. 251257 for the year 2025-26 in District Swat. Bidding will follow Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through EPADS from government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa enlistment policy.

Key terms and instructions:

- Bidding documents can be downloaded from EPADS (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and the KPPRA website (kppra.gov.pk). Scanned copies submitted through EPADS are acceptable, but original bid securities must be delivered to the Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government & Rural Development, Tehsil Headquarter Babuzai, District Swat before bid closing time.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be prepared in favour of the Assistant Director LG&RDD, Tehsil Headquarter Babuzai, in accordance with KPPRA notification. Original CDR/bid securities, CNIC, KPRA registration/enlistment, C&W enlistment, PEC registration, FBR active taxpayer status, non-blacklisting and no-litigation affidavit and detailed rate analysis (if applicable) must be submitted as required and uploaded through EPADS.

- Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities (PEC, C&W if applicable) and with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable. Any bidder providing false or incomplete original bid securities or documentation will be disqualified under KPPRA rules.

- Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. Work orders will be issued to the lowest responsive bidder subject to release of funds. Applicable taxes will be recovered as per government policy.
