Pakistan Sports Board, Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Islamabad invites bids through EPADS for revamping and refurbishment of various facilities at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Works include civil, plumbing and fire-fighting works at Jinnah Stadium, Rodham Hall, Amir Khan Boxing Academy, Hockey Stadium, Snooker Hall, Sports Medicine Centre, Fatima Jinnah Hostel, boundary wall, main gate, external works, substation, external road works, watch towers (15 nos.) and underground water tank.

Key submission and eligibility requirements: Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant categories valid up to 2027-06-30; submit bids only through EPADS (manual submission will not be entertained); provide proof of valid National NTN, Sales Tax registration and presence on ATL; furnish affidavit on non‑judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted; submit bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR issued from the firm’s bank account in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. One hard copy of the technical proposal (not financial) as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted; a scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original submitted before closing date/time. Bidders must quote percentage above or below for schedule items and item rates for non-schedule items.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
