Submission & documents: Bidding documents downloadable and uploadable via http://eprocure.gov.pk. Tender notice also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete information including technical and financial proposals in accordance with instructions to bidders. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
Mandatory conditions include: firms must meet evaluation criteria in bidding documents; provide proof of valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax registration and presence on ATL; affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming firm is not blacklisted; bid security/earnest money in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; upload scanned copy of bid security with technical proposal and submit original before closing date/time; submit one hard copy of technical proposal as uploaded on EPADS. Price bid envelopes of bidders who fail to qualify will be returned unopened. Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
