As per the corrigendum, the lowest evaluated bidder shall submit Performance Security / Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter. The Performance Security must be submitted ONLY through digital online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement system (Link with BOP) in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Bahawalnagar. The Performance Security must remain valid for three months beyond the completion time (including any extended completion time).
No other form of Performance Security or Guarantee (including CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee) will be accepted or entertained. Submission of the 10% Performance Security through the Punjab e-Procurement system is mandatory for all successful bidders, irrespective of the estimated or contract amount. All other terms and conditions of the original tender notice remain unchanged.
