Punjab Building Department, Executive Engineer Buildings Division Jhang invites e-tenders from eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal for multiple construction and maintenance works (13 lots).
Key instructions: contractors must have valid PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27 and be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be paid online through the Punjab e-Procurement System in favour of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Jhang. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract amount will be required within 15 days of issuance of award letter. Submission and bidding shall be through the Punjab e-Procurement System (e.g. http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). Physical bid securities or manual bids will not be accepted. After uploading bids, contractor representatives may attend the Commissioner Faisalabad Division office on 2026-10-21 at 11:00 AM for downloading and announcement of responsive bids.
Submission deadline (online): 2026-10-16 at 10:30 AM. Bid opening/related proceedings: representatives called on 2026-10-21 at 11:00 AM. Firms must follow PPRA Rules, 2014 (including Bid Security, Performance Guarantee and other procurement conditions) and submit all required documents via the portal.
