Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for supply of distribution materials financed from LESCO's local funds (Free Delivery to Consignee's Stores: Regional Store Shalamar, Lahore; 132‑KV Grid Station Walton Shoukat (Ferozewattwan); Pattoki).
Bidding documents, specifications, terms, bid bond and performance guarantee requirements, bid validity and evaluation criteria are available on www.eprocure.gov.pk, www.lesco.gov.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk until one day before each tender opening date. Electronic bids must be uploaded to the E-PADs portal; only the bid bond/guarantee shall be submitted in hard copy to the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO HQ (3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore) on or before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the dates and times shown below through E-PADs.
