National Highway Authority (Balochistan West–Makran Region, Gwadar) invites re-submission of e-bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for three routine maintenance contracts on National Highway N-85. Bidding will follow Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure; bid security of 2% of the Engineer's Estimate is required in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund - Security Deposit).
Completion period: 12 months. Defect liability period: 6 months. Bidding documents are available on the NHA website and e-bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
