National Highway Authority (Balochistan West‑Makran Region, Gwadar) re‑invites e‑bids from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for three routine maintenance contracts on N‑85. Completion period: 12 months. Defect liability period: 6 months. Bid security: 2% of the Engineer’s estimate in the shape of Pay Order/CDR in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund — Security Deposit).
Bidding documents will be available on the NHA e‑procurement portal from 2026-10-10. E‑bids must be submitted through the e‑procurement system by 2026-10-29 at 11:00 hours. Technical e‑bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
