Office of the Executive Engineer, Kotri Barrage Division Jamshoro issues a public warning informing that Constitutional Petition No. D-513 of 2026 (UMA Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd vs Senior Member, Board of Revenue Sindh & others) before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad, was dismissed by order dated 24/09/2026. The STATUS QUO order previously granted by the Senior Member, Board of Revenue Sindh in Revision Application No. SROR-04 of 2020 (Executive Engineer, Kotri Barrage Division Jamshoro versus others) has been continued by order dated 28/09/2026.

The Irrigation Department, Government of Sindh will not be responsible or liable for any financial loss, claim, compensation, damages, refund, allotment, possession, title or any other liability arising from such transactions or development activities. This Public Notice is issued in the public interest and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Government of Sindh in any proceedings pending before competent courts and authorities.
