Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company (PRIMACO) on behalf of the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites e-bids through PPRA/EPADS V2.00 for the provision of janitorial services at various EOBI properties situated in Karachi (Reference No. P137217).

Interested bidders must submit required information and documents as part of e-bid along with mandatory bid security. Required documents include complete company credentials and evidence of completed assignments; registration with SECP / Registrar of Firms or sole proprietorship proof; valid Income Tax Registration with FBR/Tax Department (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable, with bidder on ATL for Income and Sales Tax at time of submission; original valid affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper/e-stamp (Rs.100) stating bidder is not blacklisted and has no litigation with government/autonomous bodies or among partners (standard format provided); and other eligibility & qualification criteria as specified in the Bid Data Sheet (BDS) sub-clause No.17 of the bidding documents.
