Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — Communication & Works Department, C&W Division Kohistan Lower invites bids under the Single-Stage Two-Envelope system on the E-PAD/KPPRA portal for construction, improvement, rehabilitation and widening of bituminous (BT) roads in Hazara Division, District Kohistan Lower under specified ADP schemes.
Contractors must submit separate technical and financial bids through the E-PAD system as per KPPRA rules. Tender documents and conditions are available on the E-PAD/KPPRA websites. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-14 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted by 2026-07-28 by 12:00 PM; financial bids will be opened thereafter.
