PHE Division Kohistan Lower Tender: Water Supply Scheme Boi to Pattan Bazar (PKR 79.846M)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Kohistan Lower invites sealed bids (Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure) through the E-PADS platform for the following work funded under the Hydro Power Generating District Development Project (block provision from 10% Net Hydel Profit).

Key dates & submission:

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-15 at 12:05 (Noon) via E-PADS (original physical bid security and any required original documents to be submitted in sealed envelope before opening).

- Technical bid opening: 2026-10-15 at 13:05 (1:05 PM) in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

- Deadline for clarifications: 2026-10-12 at 15:00 (3:00 PM).

Bid security & fees:

- Bid security: 2% of the bid (as required); must be provided as CDR in prescribed form and submitted in original with the Financial Proposal as indicated.

- Tender fee: 0.03% of bid cost in the shape of CDR to be attached with the Financial Proposal (as specified).

How to obtain bidding documents: Bidding documents, BOQs, SBDs and instructions to bidders can be downloaded from the E-PADS and KPPRA websites. All bids must be submitted through E-PADS before the closing date/time.

- Technical bids will be evaluated first; financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened on a later date to be announced.

- Incomplete, conditional, unsigned or materially defective bids will be rejected. Bid security and other requirements must follow Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules and Finance Act provisions where applicable.
