Ordinary Business	Receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statements of the Company together with Directors' and Auditors' reports for the year ended 30 June 2016. Appointment of Auditors and fixation of their remuneration.
Special Business	Consider and, if deemed fit, pass special resolutions to ratify transactions carried out in the normal course of business with associated companies/related parties as disclosed in the audited accounts for the year ended 30 June 2016. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to approve and carry out related-party transactions in the normal course of business during the ensuing year and to place such transactions before the Board for ratification.
Share Transfer & Attendance	Share transfer books will remain closed for determining entitlement to attend the AGM (closure period shown in the notice: 21 October 2016 to 28 October 2016, both days inclusive). Members may appoint proxies; proxy forms and proxy submission requirements are set out (proxy forms must be submitted not later than 48 hours before the meeting).
