Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF) invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible and qualified firms, organisations and Joint Ventures/Consortia for the outsourcing of management and operations of 37 health facilities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa through Public‑Private Partnership (PPP).
Each hospital/health facility will be treated as a separate project; applicants must indicate their order of preference using the prescribed Form‑4. Joint Ventures/Consortia are eligible but a participating party may not submit a separate individual application or join another consortium for the same facility. Applicants are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) as prescribed in the EOI documents. EOIs must comply with the evaluation criteria and submission formats provided in the EOI documents.
