National Dredging & Marine Services (Private) Limited (NDMS) invites sealed bids (two-stage, two-envelope under PPRA Rule 36(d)) for the supply of a Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger (TSHD) with 10,000 m3 hopper capacity on a CIF Karachi basis (Tender No. 03/TSHD).
Submit sealed bids at NLC Headquarters, Harding Road, Rawalpindi by 03 August 2026, 11:30 hours; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00. The technical offer must include bid security of USD 100,000 or PKR 28,000,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 20,000.
