District Council Jhelum invites sealed bids through Punjab e‑procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) from contractors registered on Punjab E‑PADS. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are downloadable free of cost from the Punjab e‑procurement portal. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted through Punjab e‑procurement by 10:00 AM PST on the closing date; bids will be opened at 02:30 PM PST on the same day in the office of the District Council Jhelum in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Required bid security amounts must accompany offers as specified in the bidding documents. CDRs will be refunded after completion of evaluation process in accordance with the stated rules. The Chief Officer, District Council Jhelum, issues this notice.
