Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Jhelum. The District Council invites sealed bids through Punjab e-procurement (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the following scheme.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened. Performance security and other conditions will be required in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procuring authority may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per Rule 33.
