The Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, WAPDA, Pattan (Kohistan Lower) invites electronic bids for configuration, programming and installation of Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) and transmission of telecommunication signals to ISMO under SCADA, including supply of 2 RTUs.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category (Electrical procurement & works). Submit electronic bids via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 1000 Hrs on 2026-08-17; bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 Hrs. Original bid security in the form of CDR in favor of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station must reach the office before bid closing.
