NGC Tender SM-CIVIL-FO-HYD-01-2026-27 – Rehabilitation of Parking Shed at 220kV Grid Station, Hyderabad

Issuer: National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC). Invitation for e-bids under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for civil works. Eligible firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a valid license and be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority.

Bidding documents with detailed instructions, terms and specifications are available to registered bidders on EPADS v2.0 (https://www.epads.gov.pk/). This advertisement is also published on PPRA and NGC/NTDC websites.

Bid security: Amount as shown above. Bid Security must be in the form of CDR or a Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division 650 (5) NTDC, Hyderabad, valid for a period up to twenty-eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0; original hard copy must be submitted before the e-bids closing deadline, otherwise the e-bid will be rejected.

Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only. Submission deadline: 2026-10-26 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Requirements and conditions: Bidders must quote for the complete scope of work; partial bids will be rejected. Bidders must complete the checklist before submission as per Instructions to Bidders. The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award under Clause 33(1) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
