University of Rasul invites sealed bids from reputable firms registered with relevant authorities for the procurement of laboratory equipment for the University of Rasul. Bids will be processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Key instructions: Bid security must be submitted through the E-Procurement Punjab portal and a scanned copy attached with the Technical Bid. Technical and financial bids must be submitted via the E-Procurement portal (http://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) no later than 2026-10-20 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. If the submission day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
