Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites sealed online bids for supply and services on FOR basis for Financial Year 2026-27 from reputable firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (single stage two envelope basis) through Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS).
Bid documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement and will be opened online. Bid securities are refundable and must be submitted electronically against PSID generated through ep.punjab.gov.pk as specified for each tender.
