Issuer: Punjab Highways Department, Highways Division Rahim Yar Khan. Electronic bids are invited from eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and holding a valid PEC license for FY 2026-27. Registration on the Punjab e-Procurement website (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) is mandatory.
Key conditions: 5% bid security to be submitted through Digital online payment (PSID) via the Punjab e-Procurement System; no physical bid securities. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit a Performance Security/Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days via digital online payment through the Punjab e-Procurement system. All bids must be submitted electronically; rates quoted against each item and against the grand total will govern evaluation. Contract period, estimated cost and earnest money are shown below.
