The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, District Rahim Yar Khan invites e-bids from eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement of office furniture, IT equipment and electrical appliances under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in accordance with applicable procurement rules.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Upon issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI), the successful bidder shall deposit Performance Security equivalent to 5% of the total contract value in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014.
- The procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (Rule 38(2)(a), Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure). The Procuring Agency may reject bids or cancel the process as permitted by rules.
- Required documents include Income Tax/Sales Tax Registration Certificates, Technical Bid, bank statements for the preceding three (03) years, and an audit report for the preceding one (01) year certified by a Chartered Accountant.
