Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department EPADS Tender — Tree Plantation & Linear Plantation Packages in Bannu/Lakki Marwat

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Forest Department invites electronic tenders (EPADS) from reputed and well‑experienced firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax for supply/planting of saplings under KPPRA Procurement Rules‑2014 on Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Submission and opening will be through the EPADS portal.

Key terms and instructions:

- Bidding documents must be downloaded and bids submitted via the EPADS portal: https://kpprocure.gov.pk/. Firms/suppliers must register and file bids electronically and upload a clear scanned single copy of the signed bid documents.

- Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax and be well‑experienced. The 2% bid security (in shape of CDR) shall be in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer, Bannu Forest Division, from any scheduled bank of Pakistan.

- Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid documents, original bid security CDR to be submitted as instructed, and submit affidavits and required documents including CNIC, active tax registration status, affidavit of non‑involvement in court cases with the Department, and any other documents the firm deems necessary. Applications must be signed by an authorized person and bear the firm stamp.

- The procuring agency may reject bids under KPPRA rules; rates shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30. Work/supply orders will depend on availability of funds.
