MTI Bannu Tender: Janitorial and Cafeteria Services (E-PADS) — Bid Deadline 2026-10-26

Office of the Hospital Director, Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Bannu invites bids through E-PADS (Single Stage Two Envelopes) from eligible firms registered with KPRA and on the active taxpayer list for provision of janitorial and cafeteria services.

Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) and instructions can be downloaded from kp.eprocure.gov.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk and www.kgn.gov.pk. BSD may also be obtained from the Procurement Manager against a fee of Rs. 2,000 per service. Bids must be submitted via E-PADS only. Scanned earnest money/call deposit in the name of Hospital Director MTI Bannu must be uploaded for each lot and the original submitted to the Hospital Director MTI Bannu before closing date and time. Combined quotes for more than one lot will be considered non-responsive. Income tax, stamp duty and professional tax or any other government tax will be charged as per rules. Forged or misleading documents will result in disqualification. The competent authority may reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA 2014.
