Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber Forest Division invites sealed tenders under Single Stage Single Envelope method for the supply of uniforms and related accessories for 50 personnel/forest field staff under the project "Rehabilitation of Degraded Forests through Nature-Based Solutions in Khyber Forest Division". Bidders must be well reputed contractors duly registered with relevant tax authorities.

Submission and bid conditions: A 2% bid security (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer, Khyber must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid Security" before the closing date and time. The successful bidder will take individual measurements/sizes of all personnel after issuance of the supply order and shall tailor/stitch items accordingly; tailoring/shifting charges must be included in the financial bid. All federal and provincial duties, stamp duty and taxes (including KP PRA taxes) are recoverable as applicable. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with KPPRA rules.
