Submission method: All bids must be submitted ONLINE only via SPPRA e-Procurement System “EPADS” (http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk). Manual physical submissions will not be accepted.
Bid security/earnest money: Pay Order / CDR / Bank Guarantee from company account in favour of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC); to be uploaded with the bid and submitted physically before opening as directed in the tender notice.
Key eligibility & mandatory requirements: Copy of CNIC; valid PEC registration and relevant specialization codes; active NTN certificate; valid SRB registration; affidavit regarding no blacklisting or pending litigation; audited reports of last five years (ICAP-registered auditors); proposed construction schedule; minimum average annual turnover and list of machinery/equipment; specific construction experience with completion certificates as required. Joint ventures not allowed.
Other conditions: Bidding documents to be downloaded from EPADS. Funded through KMC own fund. Bid validity: 90 days. Hard copy or hand-delivered bids, conditional bids, late submissions, and bids from blacklisted firms will be rejected.
Submission deadline and opening: Bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-10-27 by 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
