Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Faisalabad invites electronic bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) from well‑reputed firms, authorised dealers and service providers registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority and the Punjab e‑Procurement System for the purchase of IT equipment and office furniture/fixtures for the newly created ADCC(E) and AACS in District Faisalabad.

Key conditions: Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be used. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e‑Procurement System and submit bids electronically through that system. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost is required. Interested bidders may participate in one or more lots. Original documentary proof as required under the Punjab Procurement Rules must be provided as per the bidding documents. Submission & opening: Electronic bids shall be submitted via the Punjab e‑Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2016-10-26. Bids will be opened on 2016-10-26 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Social Services), Faisalabad.
