Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan invites proposals through EPADS v2.0 for the hiring of individual legal consultants on a 12-month contract to provide legal advisory and litigation support in accordance with approved Terms of Reference.

Procurement & submission details: Single Stage — Two Envelope procedure through EPADS v2.0. Total estimated cost PKR 7,000,000. Bid validity 90 days. No monetary bid security; a Prescribed Bid Securing Declaration must be submitted via EPADS v2.0. Evaluation by QCBS with 80% technical and 20% financial weight. Contract period twelve (12) months (365 days).
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-13 at 11:00 hours at the Ministry of Railways, Islamabad.
Submission deadline: Proposals must be submitted on EPADS by 2026-10-23 at 10:00 hours. Proposals will be opened on 2026-10-23 at 13:00 hours.
