Military Engineer Services (HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/contractors for supply/installation works and issuance of tenders under Ref No. 6900/CK.C.P & Isd/Lhr/E-6.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors enlisted with MES in Category 'A' or 'B' or firms from other government departments with relevant experience may apply.
Required documents and information include company profile, details of similar works completed and in hand (with sponsoring agency, cost and performance reports), technical staff and organization chart, list of manpower including engineers with valid PEC numbers, details of tools/plants/machinery, bank statements for the last two years, and copies of NTN, FBR registration, PEC and MES registration certificates.
Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, or those who have not renewed PEC registration up to 2022-06-30, will not be considered for issuance of tender documents. Prequalified firms will be required to deposit bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favour of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad with the tender documents.
Submission: Applications/tenders must be received at HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad by 1300 hours on 2026-10-28. Tenders will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
